Thoracic-Lumbar Rotators

What You Stretch:  The muscles that run from the pelvis to the base of the skull along the spine (erector spinae), the muscles throughout your back and sides that stabilize your movement and help you to balance and change direction (thoracic-lumbar rotators), and the lower-back muscles below the belt line (sacrospinalis)

What You Contract:  Abdominals, the muscles on the sides of your chest (obliques), and the thoracic-lumbar rotators on the side opposite the exercising side

How Many Repetitions:  10 each side

How Long to Hold:  2 seconds
